Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how MigMig collects, uses and shares personal data when you play our mobile games (the "Games"), contact us, or visit migmigx.com. It applies to every Game we publish on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
Summary
- You can play without an account, and we don't ask for your name.
- The Games and our partners collect device information, identifiers such as your advertising ID (on iPhone and iPad only if you allow tracking), and data about how you play, which ads you see and what you buy.
- We use this data to run the Games, deliver purchases, show ads, fix problems and improve the Games.
- Where the law requires it, we ask before using your data for personalized ads, and you can change your choice at any time.
- To access or delete your data, write to info@migmigx.com.
1. Who we are
The data controller is MIGMIG DIJITAL PLATFORM ANONIM SIRKETI ("MigMig", "we", "us").
- Address: Mansuroğlu Mahallesi, Ankara Caddesi No: 81-012, 35540 Bayraklı, İzmir, Türkiye
- E-mail: info@migmigx.com
2. What we collect
Collected automatically when you play, by the Games and by the software development kits (SDKs) of our partners built into them:
- Device data: device model and maker, operating system and version, language, country and time zone, app version, network type and carrier, IP address, and approximate location based on your IP address (country or city).
- Identifiers: your device's advertising ID (Apple's IDFA only if you allow tracking; Google's advertising ID or App Set ID on Android), Apple's identifier for vendors (IDFV), installation IDs created by the Games or our partners, and a push notification token if a Game sends push notifications.
- Gameplay data: when and how long you play, your progress, levels and in-game actions, your settings, and the in-game currency and items you earn or spend.
- Ad data: which ads you see, whether you watch or tap them, and the rewards you get for optional ads.
- Purchase data: what you buy, when, the price and currency, and the purchase and subscription status confirmed by the store. Apple and Google process the payment; we never receive your card details.
- Diagnostic data: crash reports and performance information.
- Your privacy choices: your consent and tracking choices, so that we can respect them.
Provided by you:
- Messages: if you contact us, your name and e-mail address, your message and anything you attach.
- Public game features: if a Game has leaderboards or nicknames, the nickname and scores you choose to show are visible to other players.
From others:
- Apple and Google: confirmation of purchases, subscriptions and refunds and, if a Game uses Game Center or Google Play Games, your player ID and nickname there.
- Advertising and attribution partners: information about the ad that led you to install a Game (for example, the ad network and campaign).
The Games don't access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or precise location unless a feature asks for your permission first.
3. How we use your data
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Provide the Games: run the Game, keep your progress and settings, and make sure it works on your device | Contract (providing the Game you chose to play) |
| Purchases and subscriptions: deliver and restore what you buy, check that purchases are genuine, and keep the records the law requires | Contract; legal obligation |
| Ads: show ads, including optional rewarded ads, limit how often you see the same ad, and detect ad fraud | Legitimate interest (funding free Games) |
| Personalized ads: show ads based on your interests and your activity in other apps | Your consent where the law requires it (see section 5) |
| Marketing measurement: find out which of our ads bring new players | Your consent where the law requires it; otherwise legitimate interest |
| Analytics and testing: understand how the Games are played, balance difficulty, and try out changes with groups of players | Legitimate interest (improving the Games) |
| Fixing problems: find and fix crashes and errors | Legitimate interest |
| Support: answer your messages and handle your requests | Contract; legitimate interest; legal obligation (privacy requests) |
| Safety and law: prevent fraud and cheating, enforce our Terms of Service, comply with the law, and establish or defend legal claims | Legitimate interest; legal obligation |
Under Turkish law (KVKK, Law No. 6698), these bases correspond to Article 5(2)(c) (contract), (ç) (legal obligation), (e) (establishing, exercising or protecting a right) and (f) (legitimate interest), and to your explicit consent where we rely on consent. We collect the data by electronic means: automatically through the Games and our partners' SDKs, and from you when you contact us.
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have weighed them against your rights, and you can object at any time (see section 8).
We don't make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects. The choice of which ad to show you is automated; for personalized ads it uses a profile of your interests, which you can switch off (see section 5).
You don't have to give us personal data, but the Games can't work without some of it (for example, to deliver a purchase). If you don't agree to personalized ads, you'll still see ads, but they'll be less relevant to you.
4. Who we share data with
- Service providers that process data for us under contract: analytics, crash reporting, remote configuration and testing, purchase validation, country lookup from IP addresses, cloud hosting and e-mail.
- Advertising partners: the ad mediation platform and the ad networks that show ads in the Games. They collect data directly from your device through their SDKs and use it under their own privacy policies, including to personalize ads where you allow it.
- Attribution and measurement partners: to measure installs and the results of our ad campaigns.
- Apple and Google: to process purchases and subscriptions and to provide platform features.
- Studios and publishing partners we work with: some Games are developed or published together with partner companies. They may receive gameplay, analytics and crash data for the Game they work on, so that they can maintain and improve it.
- Authorities, when required: to comply with the law or a valid request from a court or authority, or to protect our rights, our players or others.
- A buyer or successor: if we sell or transfer a Game or our business, the related data may be transferred, and the new owner must keep protecting it as this policy describes.
Every partner that receives or collects personal data through the Games, including SDK providers and the studios we work with, must give it the same or equal protection as this policy and the app store rules require.
Third parties, including Google and Meta, may collect or receive information from the Games and other apps and use it to provide measurement services and targeted ads. Section 5 explains your choices.
We don't sell personal data for money. Under some US state laws, however, sharing identifiers with ad partners for personalized ads counts as a "sale" or "sharing" (see section 10).

5. Ads and your choices
Many Games are free and show ads: banners, ads between levels and optional rewarded ads. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, and for tracking on iPhone and iPad, ads are personalized only if you allow it; elsewhere, they may be personalized unless you opt out as described below. Non-personalized ads are based on context, such as the Game, your device type and your approximate location.
You can control this:
- Consent form (EEA, UK and Switzerland): when you first open a Game, it asks for your consent to personalized ads and related uses. You can change your choice at any time in the Game's settings (for example, under "Privacy options").
- iPhone and iPad: a Game asks before it tracks you across other companies' apps and websites. You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- Android: you can delete or reset your advertising ID, or turn off personalized ads, in Settings > Google > Ads (on some devices, Settings > Privacy > Ads).
These choices limit personalized ads; they don't remove ads.
6. International transfers
We're based in Türkiye, and our partners process data in other countries, including the United States and countries in Europe and Asia. These countries may not offer the same level of protection as yours. Where the law requires safeguards for these transfers, we rely on the mechanisms it provides, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. For details or a copy, e-mail info@migmigx.com.
7. How long we keep data
| Data | How long |
|---|---|
| Gameplay, analytics and ad data linked to an identifier | Up to 24 months after your last activity in the Game |
| Crash reports | About 90 days |
| Purchase records | As long as we provide the purchase, and as long as tax and commercial laws require (up to 10 years in Türkiye) |
| Your messages to us | Up to 24 months after your request is closed |
| Your privacy choices | As long as they apply, and as long as we need to show that we respected them |
| Data stored on your device | Until you delete the Game or its data |
After that, we delete the data or make it anonymous. Partners that use data for their own purposes keep it according to their own policies.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- give you access to your personal data and a copy of it;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- restrict how we use it;
- send it to you or another company in a portable format;
- stop using it based on our legitimate interests (you can object at any time).
Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this doesn't affect what we did before. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example in the EEA your local authority, in the UK the ICO, or in Türkiye the Personal Data Protection Board.
Türkiye (KVKK). Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you also have the right to learn whether your data is processed and why, to learn whether it is used for that purpose, to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred, to ask that corrections or deletions be passed on to them, to object to an outcome against you that results solely from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
Brazil (LGPD). You also have the rights listed in Article 18 of the LGPD and can complain to the ANPD.
How to make a request. E-mail info@migmigx.com (or write to the address in section 1) with the name of the Game and your platform (iPhone/iPad or Android). The Games don't use accounts, so please also include something that helps us find your data, such as your device's advertising ID or the player ID shown in the Game (if it has one). We may ask for more information to confirm the request is yours. We answer within 30 days; if the law lets us take longer, we'll tell you why. Requests are free, unless they are clearly unfounded or excessive.
9. Children
The Games are made for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. In the EEA, if you are under the age at which you can consent to data processing in your country (between 13 and 16), a parent must agree before you accept personalized ads. If you believe a child has given us personal data, e-mail info@migmigx.com. We'll delete the data we can identify and ask our partners to do the same.
10. US state privacy notice
This section applies to residents of California and other US states with privacy laws.
What we collect and share. In the past 12 months, we collected these categories of personal information, from the sources and for the purposes described in sections 2 and 3:
| Category | Examples | Shared with ad partners ("sale" or "sharing") |
|---|---|---|
| Identifiers | advertising ID, device and installation IDs, IP address | Yes |
| Commercial information | purchase records | Yes (purchase events, with measurement partners) |
| Internet or other electronic network activity | gameplay data, ad interactions | Yes |
| Approximate geolocation | country or city from your IP address | Yes |
We also disclose each of these categories to service providers for business purposes such as analytics, hosting and fraud prevention. We don't collect sensitive personal information, and we don't knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. Section 7 explains how long we keep each category.
Your rights. You can ask to know what personal information we have about you, to get a copy of it, to correct it and to delete it (section 8 explains how), and you can opt out of its sale or sharing and of targeted advertising (see below). You can use an authorized agent; we may ask the agent for proof of permission. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.
How to opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising. Use the "Do not sell or share" or privacy option in a Game's settings where one is offered, and turn off ad tracking in your device settings (section 5) so that your advertising ID isn't shared. Our website doesn't sell or share personal data, and the Games can't receive browser signals such as Global Privacy Control.
Appeals. If we turn down your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer with the subject "Appeal". If we turn down your appeal, you can contact your state's attorney general.
11. Security
We protect data in transit with encryption (HTTPS/TLS) and give access to it only to the people and partners who need it. No system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
12. Our website
Our website, migmigx.com, doesn't use cookies or analytics. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site and keep it secure. If you write to us, we use your name, e-mail address and message to reply.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when we add a partner or a feature. We'll change the "Last updated" date above and, if a change is significant, tell you in the Games or in another appropriate way before it takes effect.
14. Contact us
If you have questions about this policy or your data, e-mail info@migmigx.com.
